Getting to Manson From Sea-Tac via Stevens Pass


Seattle's Sea-Tac is the nearest major airport to Manson and nearby Chelan (a 4 hour drive via Stevens Pass). The Stevens Pass route is Manson is slightly longer than the Snoqualamie/Blewett Pass route, but it is also more scenic. To go this way, follow signs from the airport to Interstate Highway I-405 North as shown on the Sea-Tac Map (221K). Follow I-405 North approximately 10 miles through its intersection with I-90 near Bellevue (158K). Exit I-405 at the Wenatchee/Stevens Pass Exit near Woodinville and follow Highway 522 to Monroe (252K). At Monroe, take a left at the stop light and get on Highway 2 going East. Travel over Steven's Pass, through Leavenworth to Peshashtin (158K). From there, continue straight through Cashmere to the north end of Wenatchee (189K). Get on Highway 97Alt North and follow it approximately 35 miles to the town of Chelan (126K). From there, get on State Route 150 west and follow it approximately 8 miles to Manson (95K) and the Wapato Point Resort (95K).
