The closest commuter airport to Manson and Chelan is in Wenatchee. Horizon Air provides commuter service, an approximately 35 minute flight, from Seattle's SeaTac Airport to Wenatchee's Pangborn Field. Those wishing to drive to Manson can expect it to take approximately one hour from Wenatchee's airport, slightly less for Chelan. There are several car rental agencies located at Pangborn. Exit the airport and head west (take a left) on Grant Road as shown on the Wenatchee Map (189K). Follow Grant Road west approximately 2 miles to the intersection with Highway 97 which has a stop light. Take a right at this intersection and follow Highway 97 North approximately 3 miles. Highway 97 will merge with Highway 2 at an intersection with a stop light and lead you accross the Columbia River to the U.S. Route 97 Alt North exit just on the North side of the city of Wenatchee. Follow 97A North approximately 35 miles to the town of Chelan (126K). Note that the Best Western Lakeside Lodge is on the left as you come into Chelan. To continue to Manson, get on State Route 150 west and follow it approximately 8 miles to Manson (95K) which is also home of Wapato Point Resort (95K).
